Erosun’s Supported Living services are designed to empower participants to live independently within the community, offering a wide range of individualized supports tailored to meet each participant’s unique needs.
To ensure the highest level of care and assistance, Erosun hires qualified Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) who are dedicated to delivering services that align with each participant’s Person-Centered Plan. These services are designed to be personalized, ensuring that participants receive the support they need in a manner that reflects their individual goals and preferences.
Our services focus on helping participants:
- Develop self-direction and problem-solving skills to navigate activities of daily living (ADLs) and instrumental activities of daily living (IADLs), essential for independent living.
- Engage in community-based activities that align with their personal interests and available resources, fostering social integration and a sense of belonging.
This holistic approach helps promote independence, self-determination, and inclusion, empowering participants to lead fulfilling lives within their chosen communities.
