Our employment specialist gets to know each individual and shares knowledge of all career fields and volunteer opportunities, allowing them to see what they may be interested in. Our Employment Specialist also finds opportunities that will work for each participant’s needs, and from there we plan for any supports needed while their working. Our staff will provide any added supports or accommodations needed. We have partnerships with Wawa, Chick-fil-A, and Army Recruiting centers, and we are expanding daily.
